Registration

We reserve the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupts any of our services in any way. If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community you may have action taken against all of your accounts.

Prohibitions

You must not misuse this Website. Purchasing from us

By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by contact form.

We may contact you for confirmation in the case of placed large amount of order.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price

For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

Order / Delivery

You are responsible to the order made by you and you have read throught the product specifications before place the order. Any cancellation of order (before package is dispatched) will only be refunded 90% of total payment paided by you.

We aim to dispatch goods to you within 1-4 working days after payment received but we cannot give an exact delivery date.

Complaints

We try very hard to exceed our customer expectations. In case we fail and you need to complain about our service then please email us: galvincy@max-bikes.com / steventan@max-bikes.com. We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours.

Damaged or defective goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible (max: 2 days after goods received) regardless any reasons and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at your option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid (cost of products only) by you.

Goods Returns

If you found the goods are damaged, faulty or do not match the description provided by us at point (and time) of Sale, please tell us at the earliest opportunity.

Contact us before returning. Please specify exactly what goods, and transaction Number, and giving full details of the damage, defect, fault, or other reason for return. We will then issue a returns note and it is then your responsibility to ship the item back to us at your cost.

In all circumstances, goods MUST be returned:
- with goods (before installation condition) and all packaging in their manufacture ORIGINAL packaging
- securely wrapped
- including our delivery slip and a written fault description

We have right to refuse of replacement the items if we found the returned items:
- the items scratches due to installation (recommend to read/check instruction/specifications carefully before begin installation)
- damage due to human being (e.g include installation)
- not in original packaging
- not the items we delivered
- specifications are matched to the items we delivered eventhough you claims incorrect specifications
You are responsible for the delivery charges to delivery back the items to you if we found returned items:
- scratches due to installation (always read instruction before begin installation)
- damage due to human being (e.g include installation)
- no original or damage in packaging
- not the items we delivered
- specifications are match to the returned items eventhough you claims incorrect specifications

NOTE: Postage costs to return the items to us will be at your expense.

Refund Policy

Good(s) sold (it means product purchased via online after payment is made) are not refundable.

We will refund back the amount you have paid (including shipping cost of that particular item) if we found the item(s) you purchased is(are) ran out of stock due to color, size, specification, etc.

Early notification will be given to you before we begin the refund procedure.

Items lost in the post
We send out hundreds of orders a week and it is very rare than Pos Malaysia or couriers loose the parcel. However from time to time unfortunately this does happen. As a rule parcels are not considered lost until after 14 working days. We are not able to process a claim for the parcel until 14 working days have passed from the time of us sending the goods. Once the 14 days have passed we will then process a claim as quickly as possible, however please note the claims process can take several weeks. We do not wait for the compensation to come to us before we refund you or resend the goods but we do have to wait for confirmation that the claim has been accepted. Please understand that in this situation it is not us that have lost the goods and it is frustrating for us also.
